our rating system

bars will be assessed based on these three categories:

-swagger
-ettiquette
-interpersonal-connetedness

we figured you could judge a bar the same way you judge a man.
and you judge a man on his swagger, his ettiquette, and his interpersonal-connectedness.


let us elaborate on this three-tiered method of appraisal:

SWAGGER is style, charm, confidence.
ETTIQUETTE is manners.  is he a gentleman?  did he txt you back?
INTERPERSONAL-CONNECTEDNESS is that special magic spark.


of course it's subjective.  what isn't?
